During Lockdown we will be processing all orders for delivery on a Friday, but we need your orders by 12noon Tuesday please!
But if you need an order delivered on a special day please give us a call and we will do our best to get it to you sooner.
UK mainland orders: delivery charge is £6.50 for ALL orders.
For Northern Ireland and Isle of Man we will contact you with the delivery price by e-mail or telephone if this is more convenient to you.
If in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the goods received then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel so that the matter can be recitified.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels once they have been passed on to our carriers. We can track the parcel for you and give you a telephone number to contact (your local depot).
In the event of non-arrival of your order then please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date and advise us so that we can investigate on your behalf.
By placing an order with The PieMill you are agreeing to the implied and express terms as listed above. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know by telephone or e-mail within 24 hours and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you including the extra postage costs.
Please use the following procedure:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your goods of your intention to complain.
Please send an email stating the reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be sent an email containing a returns reference number and details of the returns procedure.
When claiming a refund, postage costs on the original order are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged.
Please send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery.
Please note that if parcels have been deliberately damaged in order to secure a refund, then a refund or exchange will not be issued.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund, which will be for the full amount of the order, less the cost of delivery.
If you do not inform us within 24 hours, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
