All the meat we use is from specialist local suppliers who buy the animals from Cumbrian farmers or actually rear the stock themselves. This means that we can trace where our meat comes from and be certain of the quality as well as being sure that we are supplying our customers with a genuine Cumbrian experience. Hence the local names of our pies!

We buy all our beef, lamb, pork, bacon and sausagemeat from the Westmorland / Tebay Butchery; our game from Cornvale Foods; local chicken and local cheese from Irthing Vale Foods. Our suppliers also include Pioneer Foodservice, Interfresh, JMP Foodservice and our local milkman - Robert!
